Scotland's vote for Independence

The Question about Scotland
by Brian Zelley

*The two year or so battle by
members of the Scottish National
Party's push for independence from
Great Britain
was an interesting example of
Democracy, but in the end

the SNP and the supporters
lost by a 10% spread.

For Scotland 2014 was a mixed year
with the Glasgow Commonwealth games
followed by the battle to leave
Great Britain and the United Kingdom.

Over the many years Scotland has been a valuable member of Team Great Britain in the Olympic Games.

Beyond 2014

* It is expected that the battle will
continue beyond 2014.

Unanswered Questions moving forward:

* Does Scotland want to remain in the
United Nations without veto powe?

2. Does Scotland want to  remain a part of
the European Union
with limited say in the future?

3. Does Scotland want to remain
in the Commonwealth?

4. Does Scotland want to participate
in
the OLYMPIC GAMES?
